Finally after so long . . . . . I STRIKE LOTTERY ! ! ! !
All thanks to "God Of Fortune" !!!!

Instead of receiving money from government, I had to give them money.

Seriously, those "God Of Fortunes" are very poor thing, imagine having to walk thru the entire carpark going through the cars one by one to see which is the LUCKY driver to get this sure win LOTTERY TICKET.
